When I finally understood the power of Neurotyping, it changed the entire trajectory of my life. When I first started on my fitness journey, I made all of the classic mistakes. I ate extremely low calories and did hours of cardio per day. I landed firmly in the restrict and binge cycle with an eating disorder and horrible relationship with food and my body.
